About Us
I’m Tara Siders-Hornsby, founder of Bridge Collective.
In 2019, I launched Bridge Collective to continue my passion for the Architecture & Design industry. My career has been built on supporting architects and designers with document production, which eventually led me into the world of hospitality design—where the excitement truly began.
For six years, I had the privilege of traveling the globe with DiLeonardo, spending significant time in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. There, I focused on presenting their design services and gaining first-hand insight into what makes a project not only successful but memorable. That experience naturally evolved into opportunities on the manufacturing side of the industry.
When you work with me, you can expect a responsive partner who is committed to representing your best interests with my manufacturers. I believe that having the right manufacturer’s representative makes a profound difference—ensuring exceptional service and creating a smoother, more efficient project process.
I founded Bridge Collective to bring my knowledge and global experience closer to home, with a focus on supporting the design communities of the Western states. I look forward to being a trusted resource and partner for your next project.
